The VisAustralia On-Line Self Assessment System (E-KEY) is a free service designed to assist you understand your real options for moving to Australia. E-KEY assesses your circumstances against the criteria for a skilled visa.

On completing E-KEY you will:

• know whether you are eligible for a visa;
• know the class of visa you are eligible for;
• know your points test results;
• receive an obligation free email with your results and an explanation of the next step in the visa process.

How to use E-KEY

You may experiment with E-KEY key as many times as you want until your results accurately match your circumstances. You should also do E-KEY on behalf of your partner as if he or she may be more eligible for a visa than you. E-KEY will provide you with a legally accurate response, however, if your answers to the questions are not accurate, E-KEY cannot provide you with a precise indication of your legal position.
