NSW Skill lists for the Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) and Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 491)

NSW Government has commenced its skills-based migration program for 2022-23. Prospective migrants must hold a valid skills assessment for an occupation that is BOTH eligible for the specific visa AND falls within an ANZSCO unit group shown on that visa’s skills list.

As you know, being invited to apply for NSW nomination is exceptionally competitive. As such, we strongly recommend all prospective migrants explore all other migration pathways. Contact our VisAustralia services to determine whether you are eligible to apply to the NSW immigration program.

Book a legal consultation with our registered migration agents today to confirm your real possibilities. We’re here to help!
